What I need from you

Answer these and the dashboard almost designs itself.

  1. Your data, as one flat table: one header row, one row per record.
  2. The decision it should help you make, in one sentence.
  3. The three to six numbers you want at the top of the page.
  4. How you want it broken down: by month, product, client, channel.
  5. Any target or goal figure you are measuring against.
  6. Whether you will keep adding data, or this is a one-off snapshot.
  7. Your colours and logo, if you have them. Optional.
